Seamerge Group is a B2B flat knit manufacturer and exporter based in Surat, Gujarat, India. Founded in 2020, we produce for brands and retailers across men's, women's, and children's knitwear, as well as home textiles.

We operate from two facilities in Surat, Gujarat, running 70+ Shima Seiki computerized flat knitting machines, giving us capacity to run parallel styles without splitting quality standards.

We knit across 7, 8, 10, 12, 14, and 16 GG — from chunky, textured knits to fine-gauge fashion pieces on the same machine platform.

Men's, women's, and children's knitwear — sweaters, cardigans, dresses, and knitted accessories — along with home textile categories made from flat knit, such as throws, blankets, and cushion covers.

MOQ is 100–300 pieces per style, depending on gauge, yarn, and complexity. Share your target style and quantity and we'll confirm exactly where it lands.

MOQ is per style, and can typically be split across colors and sizes within that style. A custom-dyed color or special yarn may carry its own minimum — we'll flag this at quoting.

Yes. We regularly onboard growing labels starting at our standard MOQ, and we're happy to talk through a smaller first run before scaling to bulk.

Always. Every order goes through a pre-production sample for approval before we commence bulk knitting.

Yes — gauge, yarn composition, color, and knit structure are all fully customizable within our 7–16 GG range.

Yes. Send us the physical sample or clear reference photos along with any measurements, and we'll build a matching sample for your approval.

We work with the Pantone TPX color matching system for accuracy. Share your TPX references or a physical swatch, and we'll provide lab dips for your sign-off before bulk dyeing begins.

30–45 days from sample approval and order confirmation. Orders using stock yarns run toward the faster end of that window; orders needing yarn sourced or dyed to a custom shade take longer, since that lead time runs in parallel with knitting.

±1–1.5cm across the garment, in line with standard knitwear industry tolerance. This is confirmed against your size chart during sample approval.

Yes. We produce full private-label and OEM/ODM programs, from a complete tech pack or just a concept, through to a production-ready sample under your own branding.

Every order goes through 100% in-line inspection during production, followed by our standard AQL 2.5 check before packing. Garments are measured against a ±1–1.5cm tolerance, and any piece falling outside that range is replaced or credited — it never ships as part of your order.

Organic cotton, extra-fine Italian merino wool, cashmere, and recycled synthetics, alongside standard cotton and blended yarns.

Yes. We hold ISO 9001:2015, OEKO-TEX Standard 100, GOTS, Sedex/SMETA, and amfori BSCI certifications.

Our facilities are independently audited under Sedex/SMETA and amfori BSCI, which assess labor conditions, health and safety, and workplace ethics against internationally recognized standards. Audit reports can be shared with buyers on request.

Styles made from stock yarns follow our standard garment MOQ of 100–300 pieces. Custom yarn dyeing or spinning — a specific shade or blend sourced for your style — requires a minimum of 100–150 kg per color batch, since that's the smallest lot dye houses and spinners will run.

We quote on three terms, depending on how much of the freight you'd like to manage:

• EXW — you or your forwarder collect from our facility, you arrange and pay for freight from there
• FOB — we handle export clearance and loading at the Indian port; you arrange the ocean/air freight onward
• CIF — we arrange freight and insurance to your destination port, built into the quote

We work on Telegraphic Transfer (T/T): a 50% advance deposit is due upon order confirmation, with the remaining 50% balance payable once your order has cleared our quality inspection and is ready for dispatch.

Yes. We regularly export to buyers and brands worldwide. As a general guide, air freight suits smaller or time-sensitive orders where speed matters more than cost, while sea freight is the more economical choice for larger bulk orders — we'll recommend the better fit once we know your order size and timeline.
